China - Slightly dry character with floral notes and hints of sweet caramel sugar.  Prepare this tea in a glass pot and watch the flower bloom before your eyes.  Prepare in 6-8 cups of hot water that did not quite reach boiling point.  When bulb has finished blooming, the tea is ready to be served.
