China - This tea is derived from the top two leaves and the bud from the tea bush and hand-picked in late March to early April (the first two weeks of the new season). The leaves still have a "hairy down" on them. When infused, one can see the two leaves and bud and come back to life. It's name "White Monkey Paw" is because the dry appearanceof the tea is white and resembles a monkey's paw. Velvety smooth with a delicate, but intense green tea flavor.
