The bud and first leaf are plucked only from certain bushes for this tea during the last two weeks of March and the first week of April between the hours of 3:30 AM - 7:00 AM. These leaves are immediately taken to the tea factory where they are hand-rolled and immediately steamed to capture the special taste of this tea.
