China - May Jasmine blossoms specially selected lend a captivating floral character to this green tea with surprising body. The tea leaves used are plucked from mid-March to mid-May. Hot air is passed through the blossoms and filtered through the tea. The "used" blossoms are then blended with the tea for decoration.
