Taiwan - Tea produces a dark-green brew with a captivating green tea taste. Because of the "density" of this tea, only 1 to 2 teaspoons are required per standard tea pot. Gunpowder teas have a longer shelf life due to their leaves being rolled into tight nuggets. It is generally thought the better gunpowders come from Taiwan and the best leaf is picked from the end of May to mid-August.
