China - Full-bodied, delicate flavor with toasty notes and sweet plum-like character. Often referred to as "Eyebrow Tea" for the leaf shape. The leaves are hand-rolled in traditional fashion, then pan-fired. As with any hand-rolled tea, the final product is considered a work of art in part because of the patience and skill used to create this mellow, yellowish brew.
