China - Quite the opposite of Se Chung Oolong, the leaves to this oolong are allowed to ferment longer than normal. Some refer to this tea as ambrosia-like; others refer to its flavor as orchid-like. It is a medium-bodied tea with a pleasant aftertaste. Please note, some believe that any of the oolongs out of the Ti Kuan Yin family present a bitter taste at first. With this particular tea, that is not evident.
