This blend was created as a tribute to the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis. It is said that one of the vendors at that fair added ice to his tea to quench the thirst of his patrons - hence, iced tea. At that same fair, a man by the name of J.T. Stinson made the famous statement, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away". Blended in this tea are naturally and freeze dried apples and sunflower and calendula petals which help create a creamy finish.
